Booking -
For all sessions; a non-refundable $150.00 session retainer is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled session. LIFE HAPPENS - I respectfully ask that you notify me 1 week before your scheduled session if you need to reschedule. Payment will always remain due 24 hrs. before your original scheduled session date. If you cancel after that 1 week window & or no-show, you will be responsible for full payment of your session of which can go to your reschedule session per photographers acceptance.
For extended sessions -
A $150.00 non-refundable retainer is due immediately to book and hold the date of your session and also serves as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due at the time of your session. You can break this up into multiple payments if needed. All remaining balances are 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled session. I know life happens and cancelations can come into play. I respectfully ask that you notify me 1 week before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel after that 1 week window & or no-show, you will be responsible for full payment of your session of which can go to your reschedule session per photographers acceptance.
Tardiness:
Please plan enough time to get to your session. It is stated within your contract email to arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to avoid a late fee or reschedule situation. If you are running late, please call. I respect every single client's time and I put a lot of time and effort into planning and scheduling my sessions, so please respect my time as well. for example, if you are scheduled for a 1 hour session and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 25 minutes late you will forfeit your session resulting in a late fee of $50.00 and I will have the right to cancel this session if need be due to having my days schedule planned out after your session. This will also effect the amount of photos you receive. The amount of time you book is the amount of time I need to ensure the amount of photos you would originally receive stated within your contract. I of course understand unexpected circumstances such as accidents or illness. If I am running late or behind, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
For all mini sessions - If you are more than 10 minutes late I will have the right to cancel your session and you will be responsible for your sessions full payment.
You may not edit or alter the final images in any way.
I do not body alter - meaning I do not photoshop body details.
